Terminal Operator / Laborer

About The Position
Works in a cement distribution terminal, loading and unloading cement from trucks and rail cars to distribute products to customers efficiently and cost-effectively. The role also maintains, repairs, and replaces machinery and equipment used in terminal operations. This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to perform assigned laborer duties. Work is during daytime hours, with flexibility to start as early as 6:00 AM and work the entire shift.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of related experience and/or training in product distribution and customer relations.
- Knowledge of cement and ready-mix operations.
- Track Mobile training, safety training, and OSHA requirements.
- Mechanical ability.
- Ability to perform physically demanding laborer duties.
- Flexibility to start work as early as 6:00 AM and work the entire shift.
Nice To Haves
- A 1-year college or technical certificate is preferred.
