About The Position

Encompass is hiring Terminal Cleaning Techs to help safeguard the health and safety of patients, staff, and visitors in medical environments. The role involves cleaning and disinfecting medical facilities to help prevent the spread of disease and maintain clean, sanitized spaces. The employer provides specialized paid training. Compensation is $15.00 per hour. This position is with an independently owned and operated ServiceMaster Clean franchisee; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, push, and lift up to 25 lbs. during the shift.
• Ability to follow protocols and use cleaning products appropriately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasked setting.
• Team-oriented mindset and respect for coworkers, customers, and patients.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect procedure rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, polish, dust, and remove trash to maintain clean, safe spaces.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment as required.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure tools and products are ready for use.
• Respond quickly and effectively to cleaning needs that arise.
• Use cleaning products appropriately, particularly in sensitive environments.
