Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended period and walk long distances.
- Must be able to life 80+ pounds.
- Must be able to work alone and outdoors (extreme warm and cold weather)
- Must have a valid current drivers license and be able to drive a golf cart and roller.
- Must have good customer skills and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Daily Maintenance of all the tennis courts including but not limited to, sweeping, lining and debris removal.
- Maintain 23 tennis courts and 7 Pickleball courts including: emptying all trash cans at Racquet Park, pressure washing, painting, sweeping and other assigned tasks.
- Responsible for annual reconditioning of the tennis courts.
- Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency evacuation.
- Assume full responsibility for the condition of the property at Racquet Park (the infrastructure) as well as all of the public areas.
- Report to work on time daily in uniform and focused at the job responsibilities and participate in the Omni Culture daily.
- Be knowledgeable of the Omni Culture and the 6 pillars
- Maintain clear communication with associates and guests
- Knowledge of clay court maintenance.
- Experience in general repairs.
