About The Position

Tendering Administrator for Heavy Lift and Transport Projects. Working at Rosharon, TX. Mammoet's Tendering Administrators play a key role in supporting heavy lift and transport proposals by helping teams develop accurate schedules, resource plans, procurement inputs, cost information, and bid documentation. As a Tendering Administrator, you will support the sales and tendering teams throughout the proposal development process. You will help coordinate planning activities, maintain proposal records, support resource-loaded schedules, assist with third-party pricing inputs, and contribute to complete, accurate, and commercially sound project proposals.

Requirements

Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience (2+ years) in construction, heavy lift, heavy haul, project planning, project coordination, or tendering support.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or similar business systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, self-schedule work, and meet bid submission timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to review work for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal policies before submission.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to interpret direction, evaluate information from multiple sources, and make sound recommendations.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and 10-key typing.
Fluent verbal and written English proficiency.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of heavy lift, heavy haul, construction, or project execution environments is preferred.
Experience with resource-loaded scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting tendering and sales teams by coordinating administrative, planning, and commercial support activities for heavy lift and transport project proposals.
Develop and maintain project planning and execution schedules to support proposal development.
Work with tendering and sales teams to build and update resource-loaded schedules as bid details mature.
Identify third-party resources needed to execute the project and coordinate with Procurement to develop requests for quote and cost estimates.
Update schedule plans, resource requirements, cost inputs, revenue assumptions, and cash flow information throughout the bid development process.
Support finalization of schedule, cost, revenue, and cash flow information once project contracts are completed.
Maintain tender records, proposal documentation, and administrative data within company systems.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders to support bid development and identify risks, opportunities, and commercial improvements.
Review proposal inputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company procedures before submission.
