About The Position

The Administrator is crucial for ensuring the agency operates in full compliance with federal and state regulations, supports high-quality patient care, and drives sustainable growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare management or home health leadership experience required.
  • Knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health regulations.
  • Experience in clinical operations, compliance, or agency management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Current RN license strongly preferred or as required by state regulations
  • Experience with EMR systems (Axxess, WellSky/Kinnser, or similar) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards
  • Leadership and organizational management at an executive level
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial performance data
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
  • Commitment to quality improvement and operational excellence

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Maintain readiness for surveys, audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Oversee implementation of policies and corrective action processes.
  • Direct daily operations across clinical, administrative, and support departments.
  • Ensure coordination between clinical services, intake, billing, and administration.
  • Support staffing and organizational structure needs.
  • Monitor quality metrics, operational performance, and agency outcomes.
  • Review financial and productivity reports in coordination with leadership teams.
  • Support quality improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide oversight to clinical and administrative leadership teams.
  • Ensure communication and alignment across departments.
  • Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and quality care.
