About The Position

This is a temporary assignment for supplemental employment in HR Compensation. The role involves various duties assigned by department supervisors, campus leaders, or other staff members. A temporary worker is defined as an employee who works less than 4 1/2 months in a school year. The length of the assignment will be determined based on project needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR, payroll, accounting, or banking environment, preferably within a public education setting.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience with HR Information System (HRIS) and/or a finance system preferred; eFinance Plus Financial software experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HR transactions and employment processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, databases), google doc, and Adobe Pro DC.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Experience preferably within a public education setting.
  • eFinance Plus Financial software experience a plus.
