The User Support Services unit provides and coordinates IT support services to staff across the University Library. The Unit is committed to maximizing uptime and providing modern tools for optimal efficiency and productivity. The temporary Technical Support Technician will assist with computer unboxing, imaging, deployment and surplus workflows, and assist end users in routine technical support tasks as demonstrated. Work is 100% on site. Work Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
