Temporary Talent Acquisition Associate
About The Position
National Debt Relief is seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis as a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage employment applications, coordinate candidate interviews, and provide sourcing support to the team. This fully remote position is the perfect opportunity for someone who is early in their TA career and ready to make an impact. This role is a temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right person.
Requirements
- Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, including but not limited to scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, and following up with candidates.
- Responsible for high-volume candidate and applicant management/tracking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles.
- Source candidates using the applicant tracking system and job boards (for example, LinkedIn and Indeed).
- Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire.
- Support other ad hoc projects as required.
