We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to help build AZX’s team during a critical growth phase. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers to find exceptional people across engineering, AI/ML, strategy, and go-to-market (GTM) roles. This is a full-cycle recruiting role with an emphasis on sourcing and coordination with real ownership of candidate experience from initial outreach to offer. You’ll build pipelines for hard-to-find talent in AI, energy, and climate, screen candidates and learn from experienced hiring managers and an HR lead along the way. When recruiting doesn’t fill your plate, you’ll flex into marketing, events, and content support alongside the GTM team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn recruiting, obsessively organized, and energized by the idea of helping build a mission-driven team from the ground up.
