About The Position

Our Lewiston, ID location is seeking Temporary Summer Production Workers. These positions are short-term, lasting up to 90 days. Pay is $23.06/hr. Perfect for a summer job between school! Ability to work any shift including Days, Swing, Weekend Days, and Weekend Swing.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work independently without continual supervision
Must have demonstrated strong work ethic
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Reaching, handling and manual dexterity to inspect and package.
Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Good vision required: Position requires good vision to inspect product for quality.
High attentiveness for safety.
Flexibility to move between jobs and to handle tasks simultaneously
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national; (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (a/k/a green card holder); (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. Responsibilities

Learns various positions of the Assembly Operation (load lines, packaging lines, inspection) and rotates through each of the positions as assigned.
May also perform the duties of an entry-level Machine Operator.
Must be available to work schedules as assigned by supervision.
Maintains good attendance within established standards.
Follow work instructions to safely produce, assemble, inspect, and package high quality CCI/Speer products and components.
Follow and improve manufacturing processes; document production records and statistics as required.
