About The Position

The role of the Temporary Structure Supervisor is to supervise and assist the Temporary Structure Installer I & II with installing and dismantling temporary structures in a safe and efficient manner following manufacturer and company guidelines. This role will be responsible for managing and directing a small crew in a positive learning environment.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of tent installation experience
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with minimal driving infractions
Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations and construction experience a plus
Ability to mentor and coach other installers
A sense of smell is required

Responsibilities

Supervise and assist the Temporary Structure Installer I & II with installing and dismantling temporary structures in a safe and efficient manner following manufacturer and company guidelines.
Manage and direct a small crew in a positive learning environment.
Motivate, coach and train personnel.
Resolve issues where staff needs assistance and following the proper escalation process.
Coordinate new hire on-boarding and employee on-going training.
Provide regular performance feedback.
Reward and recognize employees to reinforce positive behaviors.
Assembles various tents per manufacturer, company, safety policy and procedures.
Inspects tents and accessories for damages before removing.
Load and unload truck properly at job site.
