What We Need The College of Applied and Natural Sciences is seeking a temporary Programs Manager to provide immediate support for it's graduate student programs and related college operations. This is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated end date of June 26, 2026. The programs manager role focuses on supporting student onboarding, advising, and program coordination during a high-need period. This role plays a vital part in graduate student recruitment and onboarding, student success and retention, and overall program administration. While the primary focus is on graduate student populations, the Programs Manager also collaborates on broader college-level initiatives that enhance the student experience and support college priorities. This temporary role supports program continuity during a transitional period. This position requires someone who can step in quickly, work independently, and support a variety of student-facing and administrative functions with professionalism and attention to detail.
