About The Position

This position involves performing all duties associated with recruiting, retention, and incentive management activities at the Program level. This includes prospect recruiting and enrollment, scholarship management and offer processing, and marketing and advertising planning and execution. The role requires establishing enrollment and contract requirements to meet assigned commission missions and implementing program actions to meet those requirements. The individual will provide sound and mature Army recruiting, retention, and incentive management advice in support of program-level analytical and evaluation projects. The work requires knowledge and experience of recruiting and retention, marketing and advertising, and incentive management activities for the program. The role involves developing and executing recruiting plans to generate and cultivate leads and manage them, as well as developing and executing a plan to generate and cultivate centers of influence (COI) and community leaders and educators (CLE) and managing them. This includes documenting all interactions. The individual will gather information, identify and analyze recruiting program issues, and develop recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency. They will stay abreast of and advise program personnel of changes affecting these functions and maintain all required recruiting systems, leveraging them to improve the efficiency of the recruiting process. Additionally, the position requires traveling to pre-selected areas to support recruiting activities based upon Commander's guidance and direction, executing national, regional, and local event support to increase awareness of the general ROTC program, and cultivating leads to be referred to programs across the scope of the command. This includes soliciting and cultivating Centers of Influence (COI) and Community Leader and Educators (CLE) and inputting into the COI management tool for further development and engagement, as well as assisting in the development of precision recruiting strategies to support the Commander's initiatives and programs.
