Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years’ relevant experience required.
• Be detail oriented, attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Be dependable and able to work Monday through Friday from 8am-4:30pm, with a 45-minute lunch each day from our office in Sandy, Utah.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Ability to learn new systems and experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry and reports.
• Pull Z-Fre scores on all newly added properties.
• Download the report into a file for our Workflow file system.
• Create a task for the underwriter to review (as needed).
• Research addresses across Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico to input into the system.
