This full-time temporary role will provide essential support to the operations of the Alaïa team. Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree preferred.
  • Background in Operations is a plus.
  • SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide wholesale administrative support, including order entry and revisions, providing copy information, creating/submitting new accounts/doors, creating RTVs, and researching/disputing chargebacks.
  • Liaise with Logistics and Warehouse teams on shipment-related issues.
  • Set up new accounts/doors in SAP via Launchpad and MDG.
  • Partner with HQ on master data upload, including creation of SAP articles, RSP, margin group, article weight, delivery program, and EANs, ensuring all necessary information is included.
  • Process order entry and revisions.
  • Extract and format order confirmations.
  • Request and reconcile EDI POs.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, performing checks for delivery date, pricing date, margin group, unit confirmation, pricing, route, and specific client requirements.
  • Troubleshoot shipment issues and system errors.
  • Manage NAP orders/shipments for DC2.
  • Order FUR for CITES styles and RFID labels for Nordstrom.
  • Implement wholesale partners' new packing/routing requirements.
  • Run and send out reporting, including shipping recap and AR log.
  • Manage daily communications with clients regarding shipping recaps, reorders, stock availability, and mis-shipments.
  • Assist the Retail Operations / Commercial team as needed.
  • Assist with the Friends and Family Sale.
