About The Position

The Product Curation Leader creates and develops new products and improves existing products within the dining assortment. Working with internal and external partners, the role manages product development throughout the lifecycle, from concept and ideation through design drawings, sketch iterations, sample reviews, and product finalization. The position supports the RH Interiors, RH Modern, RH Beachhouse, and RH Ski House platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep passion for design in the luxury market and a high level of design aesthetic.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator), with enthusiasm for learning new software.
• Proficient communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities or challenges in product development and actively find solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Live and breathe RH's Values and Beliefs.
• Collaborate with the design team and vendor partners to develop dining table and chair collections aligned with RH's luxury design, quality, and standards.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of communications and design revisions.
• Review and approve designs through renderings and CAD drawings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on feature products for sourcebooks, galleries, and the online store.
• Develop materials and manufacturing requirements to determine production costs in collaboration with merchandising partners.
