Product Curation Coordinator

RH is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support the product development process from concept to launch. The role coordinates across cross-functional teams and stakeholders, prioritizes tasks, communicates effectively, and adapts to changing demands to deliver product launches that meet company and customer expectations. Requirements
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Adobe Creative applications: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and thoroughness.
- A high degree of flexibility and initiative.
- Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain energized by constant change.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of work experience, with familiarity in the product development field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Live RH’s Vision, Values, and Beliefs.
- Maintain product information in systems such as Galaxy, Google Drive, and Server.
- Track photo samples and communicate updates to cross-functional partners.
- Work with the Warehouse team to organize and set up samples for reviews.
- Share information, changes, materials, and samples with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in preparing presentation boards for meetings to illustrate concepts and products in development.
- Generate notes or recaps for product development meetings within 24–48 hours.
- Call out issues on the web through JIRA.
- Keep sample presentation areas and the swatch bay clean and organized.
- Archive design drawings throughout the development process.
- Work with web merchants and photo producers to organize sample photography and assortment changes for a successful launch.
