About The Position
Laborers assist with the setup, support, and breakdown of our Annual and Informational Meetings. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth and professional event experience for attendees.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in event setup or general labor is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set up and dismantle tables, chairs, stages, and signage.
- Load, unload, and transport event materials and equipment.
- Assist in arranging audio-visual equipment and ensuring functionality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the venue before, during, and after events.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Other duties as assigned
