About The Position
MCM is seeking Seasonal Associates to join its retail teams during the holiday season. As a brand ambassador, the associate helps deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting sales and operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role includes welcoming clients, assisting with styling and gift wrapping, maintaining boutique standards, providing personalized hospitality, and supporting inventory and other operational needs.
Requirements
- Strong client service skills and a passion for delivering world-class experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak trading periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and create memorable holiday shopping experiences.
- Support the sales team with styling, gift wrapping, replenishment, and checkout assistance.
- Keep client areas elegant and organized so the boutique reflects MCM’s global standards.
- Provide hospitality and personalized service throughout the client journey.
- Assist with inventory, special projects, and operational tasks as needed.
