About The Position
This position will perform a variety of general support duties including maintenance, cleaning, and reception coverage as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, with a focus on janitorial. Positions are needed for both daytime and nighttime coverage. Candidates must be flexible and available to work assigned shifts based on site needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform light physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
- Basic computer and phone skills for reception coverage
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Nice To Haves
- Prior facilities, maintenance, cleaning, or customer service experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance tasks
- Support general cleaning and janitorial duties as needed with a potential of GMP cleaning
- Provide reception/front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and answering phones
- Assist with reporting maintenance issues
- Handle supply stocking and inventory checks
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
