About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled temporary research staff member to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation CAR T cell therapies for prostate cancer. The position involves hands-on experimental work, data analysis, and documentation in a fast-paced, collaborative research environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in bioengineering, immunology, cell biology, or a related field
• Foundational knowledge of immunology and cell biology
• Proficiency in cell culture and sterile technique
• Experience with viral and non-viral transduction techniques and gene editing modalities
• Experience with immunological assays including proliferation, suppression, and cytotoxicity assays
• Experience with in vivo techniques including small animal handling, injections, and animal maintenance
• Strong organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills

• Experience with CAR T cell manufacturing and tumor models
• Familiarity with adoptive cell therapy platforms
• Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and strategic thinker

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular daily experimental work and contribute to the development of next-generation CAR T cell platforms
• Perform in vitro assays including cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, ELISA, Western blot, and flow cytometry
• Execute in vivo experiments including animal handling and injection, and tumor model maintenance
• Analyze and document experimental data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Troubleshoot experimental protocols and contribute to process optimization
