As a Temporary Signature Verification Clerk, Temporary Flagging Clerk, or Temporary Curing Clerk, you would assist in facilitating the election process. This is done by performing data entry and research, verifying signatures, and contacting voters. All listed positions are temporary assignments with Maricopa County to perform work before, during, and after the election cycle. The placement and assignments of each temporary election worker are based on facilitation needs and the applicant’s abilities. About Us The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office (MCRO) is responsible for maintaining the Maricopa County voter registration records and for administering elections in partnership with the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. The MCRO also maintains a permanent public record of over 50 million documents dating back to 1871, including deeds, plat maps, and other important records. Our office serves over 2.5 million registered voters and 4.4 million residents across Maricopa County.
