We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Temporary Bilingual Eligibility Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX. This role is best suited for someone with strong people skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills and ability to build professional rapport
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly
  • Receptive to direction and constructive feedback
  • Spanish-speaking bilingual required
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency is required, including: Data organization and formatting, Use of formulas and functions, VLOOKUP (required)
  • Ability to work with and manage large datasets accurately
  • Candidates must have hands-on Excel experience, including VLOOKUP, and be Spanish-speaking bilingual to be considered.
