About The Position

D'Amico Hospitality is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Temporary Accounting Support team member to assist our accounting department during a busy seasonal period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support Accounts Receivable functions
  • Assist with select Accounts Payable tasks
  • Scan and organize accounting documentation
  • Process house charges and customer refunds
  • Maintain accurate financial records and data entry
  • Communicate with internal teams regarding invoices and account questions
  • Assist with additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned
