About The Position

Wisenbaker is seeking a Template Technician to perform field work that establishes accurate measurements and layouts for customer installations. The role is a critical first step in turning designs into finished projects, providing installation teams with precise information and helping ensure projects are set up for success. The technician measures and templates cabinets, countertops, and window coverings, calculates and reports square footage totals, and supports the Template Manager and teammates as needed.

Requirements

• General knowledge of kitchen design, countertop layouts, cabinet installation, and window applications.
• Basic math skills, including square footage calculations and geometry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a sharp eye for accuracy.
• Problem-solving ability.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Measure and template cabinets, countertops, and window coverings for Wisenbaker customers.
• Calculate and report square footage totals for each order daily.
• Assist the Template Manager with routing and reviewing field orders.
• Support teammates and installers when needed to keep projects moving.
