About The Position

This role provides administrative support in the management of candidate relocation files for selected clients. The Temp Summer Administrative Support will manage assigned portions of relocation cases, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. This position involves learning client relocation programs and policies, ensuring data accuracy by maintaining and updating case information within Altair’s relocation management systems, and opening and closing relocation files in accordance with program guidelines and internal procedures. The role also includes assisting in securing required services, documents, and information for assigned candidate relocation files, coordinating temporary housing accommodations through approved service providers, and maintaining thorough documentation of all case activities within Altair’s systems to ensure compliance and data integrity. The position will also support Operations Managers and Team Leads with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Proficiency in Altair’s relocation management systems (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Previous experience in administrative support or relocation services.
