About The Position

This position is to help complete experiments required for a project within the Dhasarathy and Brissette laboratories. The role involves conducting research using biochemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, and cell biology approaches, as well as bioinformatics.

Requirements

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree
• Bench techniques: electrophoresis, PCR, analysis of RNA and DNA, protein extraction, western blot, immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence/immunohistochemistry
• Expertise in bioinformatics analysis of sequencing data
• Experience in Sequencing technologies including ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq
• Experience in R
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
