The Teller position is responsible for understanding and complying with regulatory requirements for financial transactions, most specifically Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Customer Identification Program (CIP) as it relates to specific job functions. The role involves exhibiting superior customer service as an Austin Bank team member, demonstrating high-quality relationship-building techniques to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions to their banking and financial needs, and helping to promote a loyal relationship between the customer and Austin Bank. The Teller will also participate in developing a teamwork atmosphere with co-workers, stay abreast of company communications, and develop personal skills and capabilities through ongoing training. Upholding and safeguarding the organization's values, particularly relating to ethics, integrity, and confidentiality, is crucial.
