About The Position

Teller Services is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and service-driven Teller to join their team. This unique position supports members of both INOVA Federal Credit Union and Chiphone Federal Credit Union, providing exceptional frontline service and accurate transaction processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all members
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, and other financial transactions
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper cash limits
• Identify member needs and refer appropriate products and services
• Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Resolve member concerns efficiently and professionally
• Support operational needs of both partner credit unions as required
• Maintain confidentiality of member information at all times
