We take pride in our dedication to our members and our continuous growth. As a vital member of our team, you'll help members achieve their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle. You'll engage with members to understand their financial needs, ensure efficient transactions, and educate them on our products and services. You'll also support daily branch operations.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong sales abilities
- Good computer skills
- A passion for helping members and teammates
- GED or high school diploma
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in credit union or bank cash handling
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of LOC products, services, platforms, policies and procedures to maximize cross-sell opportunities and to troubleshoot issues
- Provide exceptional and friendly service to every member
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Answer members questions and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
- Be willing to work at least one Saturday per month and travel to other branches occasionally
