The Teller position at the Newark Downtown Office is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally. This role involves completing transaction processing accurately and efficiently, projecting a professional image of the bank through courteous interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. The Teller will also complete ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, digital product knowledge, financial services, and sales skills. They will utilize this knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. Protecting bank assets through adherence to policies and procedures related to branch security, information security, and regulations is crucial. The role also includes participating in in-branch communication and promotion activities, communicating recommendations for improved workflow and customer service, and maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
