This position is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards. The role involves timely and accurate transaction processing, projecting a professional image through courteous interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. Continuous training in product knowledge, digital products, financial services, and sales is required to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. The Teller also plays a crucial role in protecting bank assets by following all security policies and procedures related to branch and cash security, negotiable instruments, information security, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the role may involve in-branch communication and promotion activities, recommending workflow improvements, and maintaining awareness of the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts.
