This Full-Time Teller position is within PNC's Retail Banking organization, based in Arvada, CO at the Westwoods branch. PNC operates as an in-office company, promoting a collaborative and supportive environment. Candidates are encouraged to discuss workplace expectations, branch hours, and shift details with their recruiter and hiring manager. PNC does not offer sponsorship for employment visas or participation in STEM OPT for this role. The position involves delivering a unique customer experience focused on improving financial well-being and fostering loyalty, while also increasing the share of wallet. It requires processing various customer interactions, educating customers on financial alternatives, identifying banking opportunities, and making appropriate referrals to branch staff. Tellers will engage with customers in the lobby to position PNC products, educate on managing financial transactions using technology, and apply product and procedural knowledge to resolve customer problems. Adherence to all policies and procedures, sound judgment within established limits, and efficient, accurate completion of daily teller and branch operations are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
  • Processes a variety of customer interactions.
  • Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
  • Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
  • Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
  • Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educates customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
  • Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
  • Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.
