About The Position
Commercial Bank & Trust Company is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Teller to join our Union City branch.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and identifying customer needs.
- Balance cash drawer accurately and maintain attention to detail.
- Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Promote bank products and services through customer referrals.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to create a positive banking experience.
