As a Teller, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our customers see when they walk through the door. You’ll greet them, help with their day-to-day banking needs, answer questions, and make sure every transaction is handled accurately and efficiently. Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player who enjoys helping people.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the banking industry.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions.
- Accurately balance your cash drawer and help with daily branch balancing.
- Answer questions and provide friendly, professional service.
- Help customers find the right banking products and services for their needs.
- Follow bank procedures to help protect customers and the bank from fraud and errors.
- Learn and support other branch responsibilities as needed.
