Contribute to DCU’s Success Sharing and business goals by identifying members’ needs, providing service excellence and helping members achieve their financial goals. This role involves accurately processing all teller transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing, as well as assisting with end of day balancing. The Teller will also understand and explain all DCU products and services, complete member requests, and achieve individual referral goals by identifying the financial needs of new and existing members. This involves building strong business relationships and educating members on and cross-selling appropriate products and services. Adherence to all DCU policies and procedures, including security compliance and guidelines to limit risk exposure to fraud and losses, is essential. The role may also involve providing coverage in other DCU areas such as other branches, the Information Center, or support departments, and continuously identifying and submitting efficiency and process improvement ideas. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
