Teller - Float (East Bay)
About The Position
This is a full-time floating Teller position primarily covering the East Bay region (Oakland, Alameda, Walnut Creek, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, and Hayward), but may cover other branches on occasion. Floating Tellers travel to various branches to fill in where needed, handle cash, interact with members, and promote Provident's products and services to help members manage their finances successfully. This role offers exposure to different locations and communities, providing opportunities for future career growth within Provident and a chance to explore various branches. The ideal candidate is a "road warrior" who enjoys being in different places and is ready to contribute at a high level.

Responsibilities
- Assist members with their transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Recognize member needs and make referrals for products and services that may be of benefit.
- Provide top-notch service to members.
- Help members reach their financial goals by suggesting Provident's bank products and services.
- Handle cash and interact with members.
- Travel to various branches to fill in where needed.
