About The Position
Are you friendly, dependable and great with people? We’re looking for a Teller to be one of the welcoming faces of a well established credit union. This is primarily a Teller role, but you’ll also have the opportunity to rotate between the teller line, reception desk and member service areas. It’s a great fit for someone who likes variety, enjoys helping people and wants to build broader credit union experience.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Friendly, professional communication skills
- Dependable and team oriented
- Comfortable handling cash and working directly with members
Nice To Haves
- Previous teller, banking, credit union, cash handling or customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and other financial transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, professional service to members in person and over the phone
- Rotate between the teller line, reception desk and member service areas
- Answer basic account questions and assist members with everyday banking needs
- Cross train in multiple branch functions
- Support daily branch operations and work closely with the rest of the team
