Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong verbal and communication skills.
Up to one year of sales experience in a retail or customer service environment.
Self-motivation to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services.

Handling member transactions and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Cross-selling products and services tailored to our members' financial needs.
Performing various routine transactions not limited to processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Ensuring accurate balancing procedures.
Staying informed on credit union updates.
Addressing member inquiries promptly.
