Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for building rapport with customers and addressing their needs effectively.
• Attention to detail is critical, as you will be handling financial transactions that require precision to avoid errors.
• Problem-solving skills will be utilized daily to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math will ensure that all transactions are processed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all security and compliance protocols.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new tellers and support team members as needed.
