This is an hourly, part-time position generally requiring less than 30 hours per week. The Teller serves customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards. This role involves timely and accurate transaction processing, projecting a professional image through courteous interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. The Teller will complete ongoing training in product knowledge, digital products, financial services, and sales to enhance their understanding and ability to assist customers. They will utilize product knowledge to suggest suitable products and services, protect bank assets by adhering to security and regulatory procedures, and communicate recommendations for improved workflow and customer service. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to the Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. The Teller will deliver a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards and perform other duties as assigned.
