About The Position

CoVantage Credit Union is seeking Part-Time Tellers to join the team at our New Lenox location. This position will work 20 hours per week and offers a pay rate of $16.25 - $18.49, with the starting pay based on related experience and qualifications. Requirements

• Have obtained a high school diploma
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
• Are punctual and maintain a neat, professional appearance
• Have intermediate mathematical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows software programs

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual fluency preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet members as they enter the branch and provide members with professional, high-quality service including handling each transaction in a friendly and courteous manner to its entirely, or if needed, direct the member to the appropriate person for assistance
• Ensure all transactions are processed completely and accurately
• Accurately balance cash drawer on a daily basis
• Accurately and consistently comply with credit union standards, policies, and applicable state and federal regulations
• Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with the credit union and seek ways to provide greater financial value
