Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Previous Teller experience
- Prior Credit Union or Banking experience
Responsibilities
- Processing member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Providing outstanding service and identifying solutions that meet members' financial needs
- Maintaining accurate cash drawer balances and following security procedures
- Answering member questions and assisting with account-related requests
- Collaborating with team members to deliver a seamless and positive member experience
- Promoting ECU products and services that can benefit our members
