About The Position

Blaze is currently hiring for a Teller at our Elk River branch. At Blaze we focus on people, not profits. As a member of our team, you will be working with a diverse and experienced group of people dedicated to helping members meet all their financial needs. Along with helping members reach their goals, Blaze has created a work environment where employees can advance their personal career through promotion, transfers, and branch growth. Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2-year period, and $2,000 for non-DNA experience paid over a 1-year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Requirements

You have a minimum High School degree or GED (required)
You have a minimum of one year customer service experience
You have a minimum of one year cash handling experience

Previous financial service experience a plus

Responsibilities

Engage with our members, listen to them, and understand their situations
Educate our members on what Blaze can do for them
Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
Grow with us by using the tools provided to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
Enjoy working next to your Blaze teammates and managers helping each other to succeed
Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions on a daily basis
