Your day-to-day will include: Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions. Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services. Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures. Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions. Learning and growing through training opportunities—including potential cross-training in new accounts. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • At least six months of customer service and cash handling experience—banking experience is a plus!
  • Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions.
  • Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Able to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Ability to take positive and constructive criticism and apply it to the job.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the banking industry.
  • Reliability is key—we count on our team to be punctual and present.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
