Your day-to-day will include: Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions. Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services. Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures. Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions. Learning and growing through training opportunities—including potential cross-training in new accounts. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

At least six months of customer service and cash handling experience—banking experience is a plus!
Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions.
Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers.
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
Able to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Ability to take positive and constructive criticism and apply it to the job.
Eager to learn and grow in the banking industry.
Reliability is key—we count on our team to be punctual and present.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
