The Teller role plays a crucial part in providing quality service to our members. With your excellent member service skills and knowledge of credit union policies and procedures, you will ensure that all teller transactions are conducted accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner, making a positive impact on our members' banking experience. Position Location: Tukwila Financial Center (TFC) Training Location: Tukwila Financial Center One-Year Commitment: All Retail new hires are expected to remain in this role and schedule for a minimum of one year before pursuing other opportunities within BECU. Schedule Flexibility Required: Tellers work varying shifts during our operating hours based on business needs. Flexibility to work any scheduled shift, including up to three Saturdays per month, is a core expectation of the role. Training Schedule: First 5 weeks, Monday–Friday Paid training between approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Post-Training Schedule: Monday–Friday shifts between 7:45 AM – 6:30 PM Up to 3 rotational Saturdays per month: 8:45 AM – 1:30 PM
