About The Position

Provide ALLIANCE Credit Union members with professional, courteous, and efficient service. Perform all teller functions accurately and proficiently while assisting members with routine questions, account needs, and basic problem resolution. Process member transactions accurately, perform account maintenance, and ensure member needs are handled in a timely and professional manner. Maintain required dual-control procedures and adhere to all established operational, security, and compliance standards. Must be able to travel between both ALLIANCE Credit Union branches in Fort Worth, Texas, as business needs require. This position will serve as a floating team member supporting both branches.

Requirements

Ability to travel between branches as needed.
Proficiency in performing teller functions accurately.
Ability to assist members with routine questions, account needs, and basic problem resolution.
Skill in processing member transactions accurately.
Ability to perform account maintenance.
Capability to handle member needs in a timely and professional manner.
Understanding of dual-control procedures.
Adherence to operational, security, and compliance standards.
