About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Teller to join a busy branch environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional service. You will assist members both in-person and through the drive-thru while supporting daily branch operations. While this is a high-traffic branch, there are opportunities throughout the day to assist with administrative tasks, data entry, outbound member calls, and various operational projects.

Requirements

Previous cash handling experience preferred
Teller, banking, retail cash handling, or customer service experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable interacting with a diverse member population
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Professional and dependable work ethic

Responsibilities

Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
Accurately handle cash, checks, and other negotiable instruments
Balance and maintain a cash drawer throughout the day
Serve members in the lobby and drive-thru
Answer member questions and provide outstanding customer service
Issue debit cards and assist with account-related requests
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
Make outbound calls as needed to support branch operations
Assist with branch opening and closing procedures
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Organize and maintain branch supplies and paperwork
Support other departments when needed
Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and regulations
