Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Responsibilities

Connect with members through virtual channels, including video, chat, phone, email, and secure messaging delivering friendly and personalized service while assisting with account questions and resolving issues.
Process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services.
Maintain detailed records of interactions.
Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex concerns.
Stay up to date through ongoing training.
Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding goals related to accuracy and member satisfaction.
