At CPM Federal Credit Union, we consider experience, skills, and internal equity when determining final compensation. Part-time employees will work a flexible schedule of up to 30 hours during the standard work week of Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. Please note: While this is a part-time position, training is full-time. Plan for approximately 10-15 days of full-time training days. Travel may be required for training.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional member service, ensuring their needs are met with utmost care.
Perform basic teller transactions accurately and efficiently, such as accepting deposits, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, and issuing official checks.
Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and professionally, or direct them to the right staff for resolution, ensuring their satisfaction and providing high-quality service.
Listen attentively to members, identify their financial requirements, and recommend suitable Credit Union products and services to support team sales objectives.
Comply with CPM’s policies and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to GLBA, BSA, SAFE Act, and Regs B, D, E, CC, and Z.
Protect the privacy, integrity, and confidentiality of information.
Complete all mandated compliance and information security training to maintain regulatory and security standards.
